Colour:  Pale straw.

Bouquet: A delicate and inviting nose of citrus, melon and white peach, complemented by subtle cashew and gentle oak nuances.

Palate: Fresh melon and ripe white peach are layered with vibrant citrus notes, supported by a fine line of natural acidity. A silky, elegant mouthfeel is enhanced by ten months' maturation in seasoned French oak, adding subtle complexity and a lightly textured, oily finish. Beautifully balanced between freshness and restrained oak influence, this Chardonnay is approachable now while possessing the structure to reward careful cellaring.
