Colour: Pale straw.
Bouquet: White fleshed stone-fruit, white nectarine aromas, citrus notes and minerality.
Palate: Fruit flavours true to the aroma with citrus notes. Notes of yeast and a lovely concentrated mineral backbone with a natural acid line. Rich and balanced with a full length of palate. Very much a lovely Chablis-style wine.
