Fiano is a Southern Italian grape variety from the Campania region. An ancient grape that has a documented history going back to Roman times.
Colour: pale yellow
Bouquet: aromas of honeysuckle, white floral, lemon and hazelnut.
Palate: dry, medium-bodied textural wine with citrus notes. A seamless palate with saline mineral finish with crisp natural acidity.
Winemaking: hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, wild ferment, cold fermentation, no acid adds, aged in old French oak barriques for six months on lees.
